This User Agreement applies to your use of the Blusho site on the World Wide Web known as the Website and all services, features and tools accessible on the Website. This Agreement takes effect when you access the Website, register for or use it. You consent to be bound by these Terms by using the Website. Unless you do, do not visit the Website.

In this case, depending on this Agreement, the word You, User, or Customer denotes any individual who accesses or uses the Website, regardless of whether the individual is registered or not. The Indian clothing brand is known as Blusho, and the company has its registered office at 30, Narayan Vihar Hajyawala, Near, Rampura Road, Sanganer, Jaipur 302029 and its successors and assigns.

As a registered user, you are allowed to create an account using a unique username and password. Keeping the confidentiality of your login details, as well as all the actions that you perform under your account, is your responsibility. You will agree to submit legitimate, updated, and full information. Blusho has the right to suspend or cancel accounts that contain misleading information or false data.

This User Agreement may be amended or revised by Blusho at any time, and the remodelled version will be posted on the Website. The site must be used after such update, and your usage of the site amounts to acceptance of the updated Terms.

The Website and services are offered in their current form and availability without warranty, expressed or implied. Blusho is not bound by any accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content, description of a product or any information posted on the Website. The use of the Website is entirely at your risk.
The Website serves as a tool to advertise and sell clothes, as well as other related items. Although Blusho aims to deliver quality and accuracy, it also does not come with a guarantee of nonstop and error-free functioning. Display settings may change the images of products and their colours slightly. Any products ordered over the Website are subject to availability, price and acceptance by Blusho.

You would only use the Website with lawful intentions and under the Indian laws, such as the Information Technology Act, 2000. You will not upload, post or otherwise distribute any content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, misleading or otherwise violates the rights of other individuals. Any abuse of the Website could lead to the loss of access and prosecution.

Blusho can also enlist the services of third parties like payment solutions, logistics, and data storage. Reasonable care will be exercised, but Blusho will not be found liable for any acts, omissions or negligence of such third parties, unless there is a requirement by the relevant law.

Any money attached to the Website is processed through secure third-party payment gateways. You agree to make all the expenditures, including taxes, with your purchase. Blusho does not have any payment failures or even problems that come as a result of third-party payment providers.

Blusho and its affiliates shall in no way be subject to any indirect, incidental or consequential damages caused by your use of the Website. Any liability of Blusho will be subject to the payment amount of the good in question that you have made.

You undertake to indemnify and absolve Blusho, its directors, employees, and affiliates against all claims, damages or debts that accrue from violating this User Agreement or any law.

The laws of India shall apply to this Agreement. Any conflict that takes place within the scope of this Agreement will be covered by the jurisdiction of the courts located in Jaipur, India. The disputes can be solved by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
