Refund policy

At Blusho, we consider providing a good quality of clothes with proper product representation. All the orders are thoroughly inspected to be dispatched to you in good condition. This policy provides the conditions of refund, exchanges, and cancellations.

Exchange Policy

At present, Blusho can exchange only those orders delivered in India. In order to be eligible for an exchange, the product should be unused, unwashed and unworn; all original tags and packaging must be intact. Exchange requests, based on a small colour difference or difference in fabric, will not be accepted because this difference can happen due to the screen settings or natural properties of fabric.

In case you want to exchange, you should get in touch with us within 24 to 48 days of taking delivery of the product. You may also contact us +91 93108 30816 through email at support@blusho.in or through the web. After getting permission for your request, you have two options: returning the product to us via a reliable courier service, or you can have a reverse pick up done by our team. Should you self-ship, you must provide us with the courier information, as well as tracking information. In this case, no loss or damage will be due to transportation or Blusho.

Once we get the returned product and clear the quality check, we will exchange it and send the ordered size within 7-10 working days. The delivery time frame for products should be returned within 3-5 days. It is only permitted to have one exchange per order. In case the size ordered is unavailable, a credit note of the same value as the product is to be issued.

Cancellation Policy

The customers have an opportunity to cancel prepaid or cash-on-delivery orders within 24 hours of the order placement. You should reach out to us through email or by phone within the given time to effect a cancellation. In the case of prepaid orders, you will have the option of getting a credit note or getting another similar value product.

Blusho is entitled to cancel any order because of the lack of products, inaccurate pricing, or possible fraud. Where this happens, the prepaid orders will be refunded in their entirety to the mode of payment or bank account, and they will be informed.

Refund Policy

A refund is only done in instances where the orders are cancelled by Blusho or an exchange is not possible. The approved refunds will be given on the same payment method or issued in the form of a credit note, depending on the circumstances. The time taken to process can be different with various payment providers.

Any credit note issued in case of cancellations or exchanges has a lifespan of 30 days and has to be utilised by that time.
